Aloo Palak



Ingredients:
 
2 Bunches palak
2 Potatoes
2 Tomatoes
1 Onion
2 Garlic flakes
1 Ginger
1tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Method:

Cut palak, onion, tomatoes and potatoes.

Grind ginger and garlic to make a paste.

 fry onion till they turns transparent.

 Add cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and turmeric powder
Add ginger garlic paste.

Mix it well.

Add potatoes, tomatoes.
 
Cook till oil leaves the side of the pan.

Add palak and salt.

Cook it for 20 minutes over median flame. 
       
 Aloo palak is ready……..!
