Ingredients:

cup king Prawns
½
cup grated coconut
1
tbsp coriander seeds
15-20
peppercorns

tsp cumin seeds
1
¼ cm cinnamon stick
1
tsp poppy seeds
5
cloves
2
tsp turmeric powder
8
clove garlic
1
½ ginger
½
bunch green coriander
4-5
green chilies
4
medium onion (cut lengthwise)
2
tomatoes (cut lengthwise)
Small
marble size ball of tamamrind
2
tbsp oil
Method:
Clean
prawns, grind together ginger, garlic, green chilies, and green coriander to a
fine paste.
Heat
oil and stir fry all garam masala till done and take it out from the pan. To
the same oil add ½ onion and then coconut & fry till it becomes brown.
Grind all this to a fine paste along with tamarind. Heat oil and saute
remaining onion and then tomatoes till golden brown. Then add above green
paste. Then add prawns. To this add turmeric powder. Let it boil for about 5-10
minutes. Then add masala paste and salt with little water. Cook for 15 minutes
on low flame. Gravy should be thick.

now yummy prawns masala is ready….!
