Ingredients:
2 medium potatoes1 large onion
1 large tomato
1 tsp. jeera
3-4 green chilies
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp oil
salt to taste
Method:
Chop tomatoes and potatoes into cubes. Keep potatoes slightly thin so that they cook properly. Slice the onion.Heat oil in a Kadhai and add jeera. Let the jeera splutter. Add onion and fry it for few minutes till they turn slightly brown. then add the green chilies and chopped tomatoes. Cook for few minutes. Add turmeric powder, little sugar as per taste. Now add the potatoes and fry. Add around 1 or !/2 cup of water ( add more water if required if not cooked properly). Cover and cook for around 15 minutes. Add coriander and mix it well. Cover and keep for few minutes.
Potato bhaji is ready.
