Clams Fritters



Ingredients :

100 large clams
2 tbsp. Grated coconut
½ tsp. Tamrind
1 onion
½ tsp. Ginger-garlic paste
1 green chilli
1 tbsp. Chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp. garam masala.
1 rice flour or semolina oil


Preparation :

Wash the clams well, remove the meat and discard the shells.

Mix the next 7 ingredients and grinds them to a thick paste.

Mix the clams, spice paste and ¼ teaspoon salt.

Take a teaspoon of the mixture , roll over flour, flatten slightly and fry in hot oil.
